Description

The results of the experiment are aimed at analyzing the performance of a wave power generation device. Propose the dimensions of the device according to its efficiency and determine if the device is viable under various oceanographic conditions or its range of use as a renewable energy converter.


Remarks

The proposed device has 2 chambers with different dimensions and therefore different volumes. These chambers are connected by a pvc pipe and the difference in volumes will cause a different oscillation of the water level in each of the chambers proportional to the difference in cross-section areas, at the same time this run up and run down will generate an airflow into the pipe  that could be harness by a Wells turbine
